Jump Rope for Heart
On March 10th 2015 Paideia School 24 participated in Jump Rope for Heart. Our student council worked with Coach Stahn to set-up and run the event. The teamwork was quite a success as the students fundraised $2,950.00. Savannah Latorre was our school’s top fundraiser gathering more than $1,200 in donations. On top of raising money, each grade jumped rope for thirty minutes during the event that day. Way to go students!
Congratulations to the 2014-2015 Student Council Representatives:

From the School Nurse
New York State has changed the grade levels mandated for physical examinations. The mandated grades include: Pre-K, K, 2, 4, 7, and 10. Physical examinations continue to be required for any student new to the district. The change in the mandated physical examination provides an opportunity to follow the student's growth and development over an even distribution of time during their educational experience.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our school nurse, Diane Rilloraza, at (914) 376-8640.
